Detail Clean Ups
Beautifying and Enhancing
Initial Detail Clean Up would be constructed per clients request. Clients’ Details will be noted & saved for future Routine Maintenance. Clients’ will be billed 50% of total cost upfront & remaining 50% due at completion of project. Once 50% of the payment is made, labor will be activated. After Labor is finished & a walkthrough of the property with the client is complete, the client must settle the remainder 50% of total cost & sign & date completed work order for records of Project Completion. Client will receive a copy of completed signed & dated work order for his/her records & receipts.

After a Detailed Clean Up is completed, the client is often satisfied with the appearance of his/her property & would like to activate Routine Maintenance. The notes saved in the beginning of the Detail Clean Up Project, will be discussed with client to provide details of how the client would like his/her property maintained. A contract would be constructed & will consist of: Length of Routine Maintenance, Frequency Cylce of Labor & payment options. Once agreement is approved, contract is signed & dated & 50% of payment is made upfront, Routine Maintenance will be activated for specified length of time. 1-3 months before the contract end date, L0RDZ L.L.C will contact client to consider continuance of routine maintenance.

9/10 people have unwanted trash like torn couches or broken TVs,. The process needed to remove those objects is labor intensive, pricey, & Time consuming. We eliminate the difficulty by allowing the client to book a request to have bulk debris removed from their property through phone, email, or website. If it is a one time project the cost must be paid immediately. On the other hand, if you are contracted with routine maintenance, The cost would be $25 & you have the option to settle up front or add it to your bill. Debris Removal Service is only provided every Saturday to ensure no one is left behind.
